Eye Center is a B2B SaaS platform designed for optical
clinic chains to manage their entire operations from one place appointments,
doctors, patient flow, office performance, and marketing analytics. The
platform serves multi-location practices, giving clinic owners and
administrators a unified real-time view across all branches.
I owned the full product design process from research
through to final UI conducting user research, defining the product
architecture, mapping user flows, and designing every screen across the
platform.
🔨 What I Designed
Full Platform 10+ Core Sections
Dashboard - main analytics hub with KPI cards (Total, Cancelled, Completed, Upcoming, No-Shows), weekly appointments trend chart, doctor performance leaderboard, and booking source breakdown
Appointments Calendar - multi-clinic weekly view showing appointment distribution across all locations simultaneously, with colour-coded status tags and per-doctor quick-stat tooltips
Appointments Management - full appointment lifecycle management booking, confirming, tracking, and resolving no-shows
Doctors - doctor profiles, performance tracking, ratings, and client count management
Office - per-location progress tracking with completion rates and appointment breakdowns
Product - product and inventory management for optical products and lenses
User Management - role-based access control for staff, admins, and clinic owners
Website Engagement - tracking patient interactions and online booking behaviour
Attendance - staff and doctor attendance monitoring across locations
Analytics & Reports - peak booking time charts, established vs. new patient segmentation, booking source attribution, and office progress comparisons
📈 Impact
Delivered a complete SaaS product design across 10+ platform sections — from first research session to final UI handoff
Replaced fragmented multi-tool workflows with a single unified platform, reducing operational blind spots for multi-clinic operators
Designed a multi-location calendar view that gives administrators a full week of appointments across all branches in one glance
Built a booking source attribution chart giving clinics direct visibility into which channels (Website, Google Ads, Instagram, Walk-ins, PCP) drive the most appointments
Established a scalable design system supporting future feature expansion without visual inconsistency
