Challenge Vale do Ouro, a construction company specialized in sanitation infrastructure, was managing budgets, production, and quality control using spreadsheets and paper forms. This manual process demanded significant effort from the engineering team, led to frequent rework, and left managers without reliable data to make decisions on-site. To make matters worse, site supervisors had low technological familiarity and struggled to complete long forms or navigate corporate systems on their phones. The company needed to digitize the construction site without creating barriers for the people doing the actual work.
What We Did Leany immersed itself in Vale do Ouro’s operations, mapping the entire execution flow of sanitation projects — from planning to final measurement. Based on this diagnosis, we developed a custom web and mobile app with step-by-step navigation, smart fields that auto-fill whenever possible, and visual alerts to prevent data entry errors. The solution also included management dashboards that consolidate physical progress and financial status across all active projects, giving the engineering team real-time visibility into every work front.

Results With the new system in place, Vale do Ouro eliminated paper-based controls, reduced rework for the technical team, and began monitoring schedules, costs, and quality through a centralized platform. Supervisors now record measurements and photos directly from the field, while engineers and executives track consolidated indicators from the office or their phones. The company gained agility to reallocate resources weekly and now holds a complete digital history of each project — a decisive asset during audits and contractual disputes.
