Leading this project allowed me to bring an idea to life from scratch while adhering to budget constraints. I self-taught the skills needed to be a PM and helped secure 3 copyrights. Additionally, I designed end-to-end flows and assisted in securing a pre-money investment based solely on the design prototype.
