CircleReview - Product Design for HR SaaS Tool

This project was a collaborative effort between me, Cohesive.so, and Unacademy, specifically designed for internal organizational use. The HR SaaS tool serves the purpose of facilitating Performance Reviews and providing comprehensive 360-Degree Insights.

My Role: As part of this project, I took on various responsibilities including User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Prototyping. Leveraging the power of tools like Figma and FigmaJam, I meticulously crafted the design of this product. The entire process, from conceptualization to delivery, was efficiently accomplished within a span of just 7 days.

A full package SaaS tool project that includes design in Figma can take:

If PRD is already available: 1-2 weeks

If research has to be conducted from scratch: 2 weeks and more, depending on the complexity

This passion project served as an opportunity for me to diversify my knowledge-base in SaaS product design. Through this process I was able to successfully design a visually appealing and accessible product that met client's initial goals.
