Formmity isn’t just a software tool; it’s a premium workspace where elite brand strategists do their best work. However, their digital presence needed to catch up to the sophistication of their service. I partnered with Formmity to execute a complete digital evolution—bridging the gap between complex software utility and high-end aesthetics.
Grounded in their core mission of simplifying the intricate process of brand building, I translated their strategic depth into a compelling visual identity and digital interface. From initial UI/UX concepts in Figma to a custom WordPress development and social media expansion, I led the creative direction to ensure the brand felt intuitive, unmistakable, and premium across every touchpoint.
My Role
As the Lead Graphic Designer, I was responsible for the end-to-end digital transformation. My responsibilities included:
UI/UX Design: Developing a high-performance interface in Figma.
Web Development: Executing a custom WordPress build for a seamless user journey.
Social Media Strategy: Designing a cohesive system of assets and rhythmic layouts.
Information Architecture: Restructuring complex software data into intuitive hierarchies.
Visual Direction: Establishing the typography, navigation, and modern aesthetic.

The Challenge
The primary goal was to eliminate "brand friction." Formmity needed to carve out space in a crowded tech market while preserving its sense of elite authority and strategic depth. The challenge was to create a digital home that felt powerful without being overwhelming, and sophisticated without losing its functional utility.
Visually, the identity had to bridge a series of nuanced tensions—structure and inspiration, software utility and high-end brand aesthetics. It needed to reflect a workspace that empowers users to build their own brands within an environment that feels organized and professional. Ultimately, the goal was to build a system that simplifies complexity without oversimplifying the tool itself.

Art Direction
The art direction was rooted in "Form meets Utility." We leaned into a cohesive, rhythmic design language that prioritized clean navigation and bold typography. By focusing on a high-end aesthetic, the design moves away from the "noisy" look of typical SaaS platforms and toward a more intentional, studio-like atmosphere.
The digital interface utilizes strategic spacing and a refined visual hierarchy to ensure the user journey feels intuitive. For the social expansion, I maintained this same visual language, using consistent layouts to bridge the gap between the software’s utility and a high-performance brand presence.

Results & Impact
The digital evolution has provided Formmity with a sophisticated foundation to grow its brand. By eliminating friction and prioritizing a premium user experience, the platform now clearly communicates its value to its target audience of elite strategists.
The final design balances power with simplicity, allowing the software’s utility to shine through a professional lens. The result is a unified system that has sharpened Formmity’s positioning and set the stage for intentional, high-performance growth in the brand management space.
