"Camping options for every adverturer" 🏕️

Emberglow is a "Glampground" that offers a happy medium for folks who aren't too fond of traditional primitive camping. Guests can book a stay in an impressive selection of RVs and Vintage Airstreams, Yurts, Tent Sites, Tree Houses, Tiny Homes, & Pods.

My Contribution:

I partnered with the resort in a light refresh of their original branding, implemented the new color palette and refined core messaging to a new and improved website, and managed social media channels and biweekly email campaigns.
Audit: Provided an audit of their website, social media marketing, and email campaigns, noting strengths and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to the client.
Visual & Verbal Brand Refresh: Developed a refreshed color palette to provide not only a wider appeal but also a more outdoorsy, recreational tone. Then clarified brand messaging, starting with tagline, brand summary, and core brand messaging.
Content Creation: Refined and focused content using the core brand messaging as well as imagery and design consistent with the refreshed branding.
Graphic Design: Created graphics and design elements with the new branding to enhance the resort's online presence and campaigns with a new cohesive look.
Community Engagement: Fostered connections with followers by responding to comments, messages, and booking & reservation inquiries promptly, and encouraging UGC through hashtags, and interactive posts.
Promotion: Strategically planned and executed campaigns to increase brand awareness and bookings for the resort, utilizing targeted advertising, influencer partnerships, and cross-promotional opportunities.

The Outcome 🌟

Throughout our collaboration (Feb 1-May1, 2023), we accomplished:
+3,502 gain in followers across channels
13,650 total accounts engaged (↑23.3%)
303,347 impressions total (↑63.4%)
Successfully secured features in local and prestigious print and digital publications, including Travel and Leisure, The Dyrt, and Town Carolina.
After establishing the updated visual and verbal branding, the resort began to draw attention from national brands like King's Hawaiian rolls.
