"Camping options for every adverturer" 🏕️

Emberglow is a luxury-meets-nature “glampground” offering vintage Airstreams, yurts, tiny homes, treehouses, pods, and more for adventurers who love comfort and wildness.

My Contribution:

Brand Audit + Strategy — I dove into Emberglow’s existing website, social presence, and email campaigns, and flagged what was working and what felt scattered. I presented a full audit + roadmap to refine the brand’s voice, visuals, and messaging.
Visual & Verbal Identity Refresh — I redefined their color palette, clarified their core brand message (tagline, brand story, core values), and shaped a tone that balances outdoorsy adventure with approachable luxury.
Refreshed Content & Design System — I redesigned graphics and visual elements to reflect the new brand identity consistently across web, social, and campaigns. I aligned imagery, fonts, colors, etc so it felt cohesive and intentional.
Content Creation & Copy Direction — I reworked and reimagined social and email content through the lens of the new brand identity: consistent visual style, refreshed copy, and storytelling that speaks to the target audience’s love for adventure + comfort.
Community Engagement + Growth Strategy — I managed social channels and bi-weekly email campaigns, responded to followers and booking/messaging inquiries, encouraged UGC through interactive posts and hashtags, and built stronger connection between followers and brand.
Campaign & Promotion Management — I planned and launched promotional campaigns, leveraged influencer and cross-promotional partnerships, and executed marketing efforts designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and bookings.

The Outcome 🌟

Between February 1 and May 1, 2023:
+3,500 new followers across social channels
~13,650 unique accounts engaged — a 23% increase in engagement overall
300,000+ impressions — a 63% boost in total reach
Media buzz and brand visibility — gained features in well-known travel and lifestyle publications like Travel + Leisure, The Dyrt, and Town Carolina
Attracted high-quality brand attention — after the refresh, Emberglow began drawing interest from national brands (for example, King’s Hawaiian) for potential collaborations

Why this case stands out

This wasn’t just a “make-it-pretty” refresh. It was about capturing a lifestyle (the blend of freedom, comfort, nature, and adventure) and turning that feeling into a magnetic brand presence. I transformed a scattered visual identity and inconsistent messaging into a unified, compelling brand story that resonated with real people and drove real results: community growth, bookings, engagement, visibility.
