For an entire year, I took the lead in managing FairMoney's social media accounts, ensuring that every post resonated with our audience and aligned with the brand's vision. I was responsible for end-to-end content creation, producing a wide range of materials to support the company’s marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Create content for all FairMoney's social media page include written, video and in some cases graphics
Manage and grow FairMoney's online community Be involved in (as directed by the supervisor) in the creation of all marketing content including, but not limited to scripts, emails, blog post, voice overs etc Some Key Wins: Grew FairMoney’s social media presence by 50-100%, with notable growth on Instagram, increasing followers from 30k to over 60k, and LinkedIn, growing from 60k to 100k
Led impactful campaigns such as "Who's Your Guy?" and the successful launch of FairSave Executed FairMoney's CRM strategies for customer awareness, selling, and cross-selling, effectively driving engagement and conversions across multiple channels.
Was deeply involved in shaping FairMoney’s overall content strategy, writing key ad and radio scripts, and even serving as the voice-over talent
Wrote all FairMoney’s blog post within this period (WordPress was used)
