Estatewise. Marketing Site & Brand System

Estatewise: a brokerage CRM marketing site that actually books demos.

The Estatewise product had real traction with brokerage owners, but the public site was an unstyled Webflow template that was killing the demo pipeline. I redesigned and shipped the full marketing surface in two weeks: hero, product preview, social proof, feature pages, pricing, customers, and changelog. Same brand tokens used inside the app, so a prospect's first click into the product feels like the same company.

The Challenge

The team was paying $80 to $140 per qualified demo from cold outbound, but only 11% of organic site visitors were booking a demo. The bottleneck was clear from session recordings: visitors could not tell what Estatewise actually did within the first eight seconds, the screenshots were dated, and the pricing page was three clicks deep.
Brand presence was inconsistent too. The product had a strong dark-navy and emerald identity, the marketing site looked like a 2018 SaaS template, and sales decks looked like a third company.

What I Built

A modern dark-on-emerald marketing site with five core pages: home, product, for brokerages, customers, and pricing.
A live-feeling product preview embedded in the hero, so a visitor sees the pipeline UI before they read a word.
A reusable brand system: typography ramps, color tokens, motion tokens, illustration kit, customer-logo lockup, and a screenshot frame for product images.
A tested booking flow: CTA in nav, pinned mid-page, and at the bottom of every section. Calendly inline, so the booking happens without a context switch.
A customers page with three case studies, each with a real outcome stat and a portrait.
A pricing page that shows tiers, an ROI calculator, and a "talk to sales" path for 50+ seat firms.

Technical Foundation

Next.js 15 (App Router) with React Server Components for everything static.
Tailwind CSS v4 plus a small token layer for typography and motion.
Framer Motion for the hero animations and the case-study reveal.
MDX for the customers and changelog pages, so the content team can ship without me.
Vercel for hosting, edge cache, and Image Optimization.
Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics, plus Calendly inline for booking.

Outcome

Demo bookings from organic traffic up 3.4x in the first 60 days post-launch.
Average session duration up from 47s to 2 min 18s.
Time to "I get it" (measured via on-page survey) down from a stated 30s to under 10s.
Brand guidelines are now used by the in-house product team, the founder for sales decks, and an outside agency running paid.
