Marinakis Property Developers Rebranding Project

Marinakis Property Developers have been developing high-quality residential properties in Larnaca’s most sought-after locations since 1981.

More than just property development, Marinakis Property Developers also provides additional services that support their clients from initial interest in a property, through to its purchase and ownership.

Marinakis had an existing logo, but needed to update its colours and branding to better represent the high-quality properties it develops and sells.

It was important that their branding was made consistent across all marketing and sales assets, as there were some discrepancies between them prior to our cooperation.

They required a rebrand, a new website, and some printed materials, including billboards.

The ultimate goal was to create a brand that is not only memorable and recognizable, but also represents a higher-end feel.

Through market and competitor research, we selected new brand colours – and, maintaining their existing logo, modified it to ensure that it works with the new colour selection.

We defined the brand typography, provided design examples, and developed a brand book to ensure that the marketing team would be able to consistently craft marketing and sales assets in line with brand guidelines.

Following brand guidelines, we updated many of the existing assets and created new ones.

Billboards were printed, and a new website was built to ensure brand continuity, to help Marinakis Property Developers build trust with existing and new customers.
