Designing a Premium Real Estate Experience for Revyme
I partnered with the Revyme team to design and build a production-ready real estate template for their growing website marketplace.
The goal was to create a premium, editorial experience that gives property photography room to stand out while making it easy for potential buyers and investors to explore listings and make enquiries.
I led the project from visual direction through implementation, creating a responsive one-page website that brings property discovery, brand storytelling, social proof, and conversion-focused interactions into one cohesive experience.

The Challenge
Many real estate templates follow the same predictable structure and struggle to create a memorable brand experience.
For Revyme, I wanted to build something that felt like a premium property brand rather than a generic template. The challenge was balancing strong visual presentation with usability, allowing the photography and architecture to take centre stage while giving buyers, investors, and short-let customers clear paths to explore properties and make an enquiry.
A Hero Built Around the Properties
The opening experience uses large-scale property imagery and restrained typography to immediately establish the premium positioning.
Rather than relying on a static hero, the experience introduces multiple featured residences including Ocean House, Desert Residence, and Canyon House, while keeping the primary actions — exploring properties and booking a private tour — immediately accessible.
The result is an opening that feels cinematic without sacrificing clarity.
Making Property Discovery Feel Curated
Instead of presenting the inventory as a conventional property grid, I designed the Featured Residences section to feel like a curated collection.
Each residence combines strong imagery, location, concise property storytelling, and a direct action for arranging a meeting. The hierarchy keeps the experience easy to scan while allowing each property to maintain its own visual presence.
Building Trust Through Brand Storytelling
The About section expands the experience beyond individual listings.
I designed it to communicate the company's broader offering across luxury homes, investment properties, apartments, premium residences, and short-let accommodation while keeping the presentation concise and visually consistent with the rest of the site.
This helped transform the template from a collection of listings into something that could support a complete real estate brand.
Social Proof Without Breaking the Experience
Testimonials were treated as part of the visual system rather than an afterthought.
The section uses a focused testimonial presentation with navigation between client stories, giving potential customers additional confidence while maintaining the minimal aesthetic of the page.
Turning Interest Into Enquiries
The final part of the experience is built around conversion.
Rather than using a basic contact form, I created a more intentional enquiry flow that can capture what the visitor is interested in, preferred location, property type, budget, move-in or stay date, and other relevant requirements.
That allows the template to move naturally from discovery → consideration → enquiry.
Responsive by Design
The template was designed to retain its visual character across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Typography, spacing, navigation, imagery, property presentation, testimonials, and enquiry elements were considered responsively so the experience remains polished rather than simply shrinking the desktop layout.
The Outcome
The final result is a marketplace-ready real estate template that combines premium art direction with practical conversion flows.
More importantly, the project demonstrates how I approach template design: creating something flexible enough to be reused while giving it enough personality and detail that it doesn't feel generic.
The template was successfully delivered to the client for use within their marketplace, establishing a visual foundation that can support future template collaborations.
