TalentsFactory - Social Media Design System

Client: TalentsFactory Industry: Education Technology Scope: Social media design system for brand awareness, user acquisition, and event promotion Content Types: Video/motion ads, carousels, single posts, stories, ads, event graphics

Overview

After building TalentsFactory's brand identity from scratch (logo, color system, typography, and visual language), the next phase was translating that identity into a full social media presence. The goal: drive brand awareness, acquire users, and promote events across social channels.
This meant taking a brand system designed for broad application and pressure-testing it across every social format: static posts, carousels, stories, event graphics, paid ads, and video/motion content.

The Challenge

Edu-tech social feeds are crowded with stock imagery, generic motivational quotes, and templated layouts. TalentsFactory needed content that felt distinct from the typical "learn and earn" visual noise while still communicating credibility as a professional development platform.
The other constraint was format range. A single post, a multi-slide carousel, a 9:16 story, and a motion ad all have different compositional demands. The brand system needed to flex across all of them without losing coherence.

Design Approach

Brand System Extension: Applied the geometric visual language, blue/lilac/yellow color palette, and typographic hierarchy from the original identity work directly into social templates. Every asset traces back to the same design DNA.
Format-Specific Adaptation: Designed distinct layout systems for each content type. Carousels use progressive information reveal across slides. Stories use vertical-first compositions with bold type. Event graphics prioritize date, location, and CTA hierarchy. Paid ads are stripped to the minimum elements needed to stop a scroll.
Motion Language: Video and motion ads introduced animated versions of the brand's geometric elements, creating movement that reinforces the identity rather than decorating over it.
Campaign Flexibility: Built templates and component patterns that could serve awareness campaigns (broad, brand-forward), acquisition campaigns (benefit-driven, CTA-heavy), and event promotion (time-sensitive, information-dense) without redesigning from zero each time.

Result

A complete social media design system spanning every major content format, all rooted in the brand identity I originally created. TalentsFactory's social presence became visually consistent, immediately recognizable, and adaptable enough to serve ongoing content needs across brand awareness, user growth, and event marketing.
