Engagement Case Study: Improve CX for agriculture start-up

For this project, I performed desktop research and end-user interviews to relook at the user experience using design thinking methodology.
Research included government statistics and online articles related to the agriculture industry in Malaysia.
End-user interviews were conducted from a farmer and supplier perspective.
Conducted brainstorming session to come up with UX improvement suggestions including in-person engagement, moving sales channels to chat and more.
