Worked with the client, a home-grown, natural beauty brand, to prepare a business and strategy proposal for market re-entry by raising investment. Performed market research, compiled and analysed company sales and cost performance over a 5 year period and prepared a 1-3 year financial forecast for the company.

Strategy proposal included marketing and branding strategy for the first year of market re-entry, as well as product pipelines.

This proposal secured the required investment for the client.
