Took over paid media and CRO for a sports nutrition DTC brand. Managed SEM and paid social strategies including full creative revamp and budget reallocation, increasing ROAS from 1.4x to 5.4x and monthly ad profit by 827%. Led website UI/UX optimization through A/B testing of navigation, product landing pages, and checkout flow, lifting conversion rate from 4.9% to 6.7%. Configured Google Tag Manager conversion tracking across 4 country-specific Shopify domains. Built a new SEO strategy that gained 5 additional top-10 SERP rankings.
