Institut Esthederm is a premium brand specializing in dermatological and cellular skincare. As part of the relaunch of their Excellage range, I supported their teams in the creation of digital assets combining high standards, aesthetic appeal, and performance.
Objectives
My mission included:
Designing a bilingual (French/English) landing page on Figma, aimed at highlighting product innovation and reinforcing the brand’s premium image.
Creating several newsletters for their CRM program, focused on customer engagement, mobile-friendly design, and conversion optimization.
Implementing a CRM planning strategy, including an editorial calendar and relationship scenarios tailored to different audiences, to ensure a smooth and impactful launch.
