Overview:
BroBasket offers a wide range of custom and pre-made alcohol and gift baskets. Their mission was to transition from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus to improve site speed, user experience, and boost conversions by 50-100%.

Challenge:
Their WooCommerce site was slow and cluttered with difficult-to-navigate CTAs, resulting in poor user experience. They also needed a PIM setup to manage product data and streamline fulfillment processes.
Solution:
We migrated BroBasket to Shopify Plus with a complete UI/UX overhaul, added upsell opportunities, and improved the "Customize Your Own Basket" feature. A PIM system was integrated for better product management, and we implemented a custom checkout flow with delivery date scheduling, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
Outcome:
After launch, BroBasket saw a 53% increase in conversions through A/B testing with Klaviyo and Google Optimize. Fulfillment issues were resolved with 3PL integration, and we continue to support BroBasket in reaching their conversion goals.
