Sabah, founded in New York City, produces high-quality handmade shoes using traditional Turkish techniques. The goal was to develop a headless Shopify Plus store, integrating apps and platforms to improve data collection and boost sales.
Challenge:
Sabah’s previous agency struggled with headless Shopify development. The custom CMS was incompatible with public apps, and data collection tools were missing, leaving the marketing team blind to site performance. Additionally, CMS inflexibility limited sales optimization efforts.
Solution:
We took over and connected Shopify Plus with Klaviyo, Meta, and Google Analytics to enable accurate data tracking. We customized the CMS to integrate new apps and implemented site optimizations to enhance Average Order Value (AOV) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Outcome:
In the first year, sales doubled, and conversions increased by 61% due to improvements like back-in-stock functionality and streamlined data tracking.
