Led a strategic initiative to analyze each of the 30 applications within the portfolio, identifying optimal solutions for customers:

- Successfully streamlined the portfolio by reducing it to 10 applications (66% of portfolio reduction), demonstrating strong decision-making skills;

- Elicited and documented all features of those applications to identify suitable solutions to replace the applications;

- Thoroughly investigated and identified reliable software already in production to replace selected existing applications;

- Precisely estimated the effort required for application rewriting proposals, ensuring cost-effective solutions;
