The previous signup process was cumbersome and overwhelming, often discouraging clients from completing their registration due to the complexity of the steps all presented on a single screen.

The redesigned signup process led to an increase in completed registrations, proving that a simple and intuitive design can significantly enhance user experience and engagement.
