The project involved creating a mobile app for Athena's clients to efficiently delegate tasks to their executive assistants (EAs) via voice recording. The app also facilitated chat and attachment options, integrating with email, Slack, and Asana for seamless communication.
Problem
The main issue was the time-consuming process of assigning tasks to EAs across multiple platforms, which affected productivity.
My Contributions
As a Mobile App Designer, I leveraged my skills to create an intuitive design. The project was executed through a Design Sprint methodology.
Outcomes
The app significantly streamlined the task delegation process, saving clients' time and enhancing efficiency, and also increased the monthly user download and mouth-to-mouth recommendation.
The voice-recording feature transformed tasks into emails, Slack messages, and Asana tasks, achieving a 3-in-1 solution.
