A company with a grand vision needed a brand strategy and (fractional) head of brand that matches it's ambitions both in terms of scale, as well as mindset. Find out how we managed to build a completely remote marketing team that helped to increase lifetime customer value, as well as revenue.

The Brand

Alpahirt is selling high quality dried meat from local production along the whole supply chain. Our cows live more than 13 years of average, in the beautiful swiss mountains. Our farmers? They get paid and treated like they deserve to.

We are on the mission to deliver healthy meat without additives, that is good for animals, humans and our planet.

Our Strategy

Our first step was defining the brand. That means: Find out what our customers want and value, as well as what we as a brand are able to deliver. With mutliple brainstorming sessions, using some of the most established frameworks we created a sophisticated branding and messaging strategy.

The Plan

Once the strategy was set, I was hired to build the marketing team and oversee our growth. Together, we managed to elevate our social media channels, while finally getting advertising profitable as well.

We established automated e-mail flows to increase customer lifetime value and established an influencer strategy that targets potential superfans. We focus on delivering exceptional experiences, quality over quantity.

The Vision

As we build a solid marketing strategy that transforms strangers to brand ambassadors that is scaleable, we aim to become the number 1 brand for natural meat in switzerland.
