I built the service-discovery experience and inquiry pathways around those different needs. Someone researching a roofing or HVAC job can browse the directory, while someone dealing with water damage or an urgent plumbing issue can use the request flow.

An important distinction is how the two paths work. Browsable directory listings are separate from partner-request routing, with explanations of partner selection and how inquiries are handled. That keeps the next step visible without treating every listing as the same kind of relationship.
