FestivalForge: Film Festival Platform & Growth Operations

Running an online film festival involves more than putting a program on a website. Audiences need to discover films, buy access and find their way to a screening, while organizers manage communications, promotion and support.

I built FestivalForge by translating that operational knowledge into a platform and service offering. The product brings together festival websites, film catalogs, ticketing and streaming access, with support for film collections that remain available beyond the festival window. For Women’s Voices Now, I used FestivalForge to build both its online film festival at wvnfestival.com and its year-round film collection at wvnfilms.org.

The surrounding service covers acquisition, email, analytics and attendee support. I shaped the offering for organizations that need either a platform built for launch or ongoing help operating and growing it, connecting the public-facing experience with the work required to run it.
