A ticket purchase does not always answer the next question: where will I sit? Serenseat focuses on that step, giving organizers a visual seating workflow alongside the ticketing tools they already use.
I designed the product around reusable room layouts with rows, tables, a stage and standing areas. Ticket holders can enter through a shared claim link or be brought into the workflow through CSV import, then use a private link to choose a seat on their phone.
The seat map distinguishes included seats, paid upgrades, occupied seats and the holder’s current selection. I built the interface to make those choices visible and carry the holder through to a seat-confirmation step, without asking the organizer to replace their existing ticketing platform.
