MyHoneyKeeper Admin Panel Design

MyHoneyKeeper is the internal admin panel for a Nigerian financial-technology platform, designed to give operations, compliance, and finance teams full visibility and control over a growing digital banking product. The dashboard is the home base of the experience: it surfaces the metrics that matter most — total users, total revenue, active wallets, transactions today, pending KYC, and average transaction value — as a row of KPI cards, each paired with a period-over-period change so the team can spot momentum and problems instantly.

Below the headline numbers, a revenue overview chart (toggleable between area and bar views) tracks performance over time, while a user-distribution panel breaks the customer base down across account tiers — Basic, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — alongside live KYC verification progress. A real-time transaction feed lists the latest transfers, withdrawals, deposits, and bill payments with status and timestamps, and a recent-actions audit trail keeps a running record of administrative changes for accountability and compliance.

The product carries a distinctive bee-and-honey theme throughout its feature set — Bee Wallets, Hives Management, the Honey Pot, and Learn-and-Earn — wrapped in a deliberately restrained, monochrome visual language. The high-contrast black-and-white palette, generous whitespace, and monospace label accents keep the focus on the data itself, giving the platform a precise, trustworthy feel appropriate for handling people's money. The result is an admin experience that is information-dense but never cluttered, built to let a small team manage a large financial operation with confidence.
