Under the hood: → 5 PostgreSQL tables → Full REST API covering settings, doctors, patients, appointments, and prescriptions → Real-time settings sync via React Query → Full dark mode support → A floating settings panel on every page — switch clinic type, rename roles, change theme color, and toggle features on or off

One template. Adaptable to a General Clinic, Mental Health practice, or Fitness Coaching platform — without touching the code.
