Where It Started
Olivia Clement had a sales page in place, but it wasn’t converting as well as she hoped. The page had great potential, but the messaging and flow needed refining to truly connect with her audience and inspire action.

The Process

I began with a deep dive into the existing page. My goal was to spot:
Gaps in the messaging
Missed opportunities to highlight benefits
Places where the design disrupted clarity or flow
From there, I created a detailed action plan for both copy and design improvements.

Copy Recommendations

I focused on making the messaging clearer, sharper, and more persuasive. The audit included recommendations for:
Stronger, attention-grabbing headlines
Clearer calls-to-action
Refined, benefit-driven sections
Messaging shifts to build trust and authority

Design Recommendations

Alongside the copy, I provided suggestions to improve the visual experience. These included:
Layout adjustments for better flow
Smarter content hierarchy
Strategic use of white space
Placement of visuals and testimonials to boost credibility

Collaboration

Olivia received two review rounds for feedback and unlimited Slack communication throughout the project, making the process smooth, collaborative, and responsive.

The Outcome

By the end of the audit, Olivia had a clear, actionable roadmap to transform her sales page into a high-converting asset that delivered:
Stronger messaging that spoke directly to her audience
A more intuitive user journey
Improved design clarity and engagement
A page that positioned her offer with authority and trust
