Pludo is an app designed to connect users with experts and influencers, allowing them to send questions and seek advice directly. The challenge was understanding user preferences and creating a platform that fosters seamless interaction. Through user interviews and market research, we identified key pain points, such as 50% of users struggling to connect with experts and the need for real-time consultations.
