I worked alongside the founding team to grow artisan representation and diversity, create an equitable and sustainable profit model, and run tests to optimize the Shopify storefront. On the demand side, we frequented stores and trade shows to increase awareness of our brand and used a range of user research techniques to identify gaps in the market and launch new product lines. The pandemic slowed our growth and more well-funded players such as Faire ended up capturing the demand for digital B2B sales.
