Despite the absence of income tax, many UAE inhabitants struggle with saving for retirement. Additionally, businesses in the region face a high turnover of skilled workers. I contributed to the creation of the UAE's first independent income-based savings platform with Aurem Wealth Solutions.

I led market research to understand the local perception of money, savings, and investments and experimented with our delivery frameworks to enhance team collaboration, consistency, and quality. I also ran market tests and collaborated with design and development teams to ensure our platform met market needs, integrated seamlessly with partners and clients, and was compatible with both English and Arabic languages.

We successfully launched a beta trial with our first client within four months, onboarding our first 30 customers. The business subsequently raised $2M in funding and continues to operate successfully in the market today.
