In this project, I worked with a client to simplify the complex inventory and logistics landscape in Saudi Arabia, particularly for operational-heavy SMEs. Our focus was to address the issue of warehouse availability and location which predominantly favoured large-volume clients.

Through extensive market research, I formulated a business model and proposed a fully-outsourced 3PL service which included inventory digitization, storage, and on-demand transportation. I also created a no-code prototype for usability tests and product demos, conducted audits of potential white-label providers, and led a development team to create an in-house inventory management system.

We identified key warehouse partners and created a mobile application based on the prototype learnings and successfully completed development within 3 months, resulting in a more efficient and inclusive inventory management system for businesses in Saudi Arabia.
