SimpliTap - FinTech Mobile App for streamlining B2B operations

I partnered with PayLynxs to define and launch SimpliTap - a mobile SaaS app that digitizes and streamlines casino operations. This allows them to scale, expand, and strengthen regulatory compliance.
The Challenge
Many small to medium sized casinos don't utilize digital products to track important data. Transaction and guest information is captured with a pen and paper and filed away. This slows operations, prevents growth, and makes it harder to stay compliant with government regulations.
The Solution
Transaction and guest data is captured via an iOS app which expedites data entry while providing meaningful insights and controls. The permission-based app supports several unique user roles which reflect actual casino roles, such as Cashiers and Floor Attendants.
Impact
PayLynxs previously struggled to engage prospects from casinos. SimpliTap, however, allowed PayLynxs to break into the Gambling & Gaming industry and win their first casino clients, expanding their portfolio of financial industries served.
Now, casinos use SimpliTap to capture millions of transactions and file hundreds of thousands of reports annually. Compliance audits are immensely simplified by data visualization and searchable and filterable data.
Onboarding
When logging in for the first time, users are prompted to change their PIN and customize their experience. Administrators grant them permissions to user roles based on each user's responsibilities.
Capturing Transactions
After conducting real-world usability testing, we discovered a guest may first tell casino staff "I want $100 in chips" and then hand over their ID. To reflect these real use cases, the transaction workflow starts with entering transaction details, followed by guest details.
When associating the transaction with a guest, users may select from existing guest profiles or create new ones. Scanning IDs using the device's camera expedites data entry.
Data Tracking & Aggregation
Transaction and guest data is aggregated and displayed in-app, providing an unprecedented level of insights and discoverability for casinos that previously manually logged data.
