I created a structured report to present to management the monthly financial result of each commercial unit (store) and monitor specific KPIs: revenue per hour, revenue per square meter, revenue per full-time employee, average basket value, articles purchased – quantity and value, operating cost per hour, % of shortage in inventory per store, average stock obsolescence, and other metrics.
The file was fed with the data from the ERP through an Excel add-on, and it was used to analyze the income statement and the metrics with the store managers and report to management the country financial results.
