I built an online set of Power BI dashboards for C-level and middle management to monitor the performance of the company both from a strategic and operational KPIs/metrics’ perspective.

The dashboards are linked to the data in the underlying ERP and CRM systems, as well as static data stored in SharePoint.

The dashboards are embedded in Microsoft Teams, so that all staff can quickly access them, most of them are scheduled with an auto-refresh job, some of them are sending a screenshot of the first page of the report to a group of users (AR Aging and Due invoices).
