I created a consolidated monthly reporting package: it includes an income statement with a detailed classification of costs, a balance sheet and cash flow statement for each entity. A separate worksheet is used for intra-group and consolidation adjustments. It can be used from 2+ entities with detailed or condensed information for C-level or investors' reporting. It also allows to follow actuals vs. budget.

It allowed to shorted the monthly reporting from 10 days to less than 5 days, and both investors and consultants during a financial due diligence process appreciated the clarity and level of details.
