I was tasked with developing a marketing plan for Hive Auto Spa, a company that provided vehicle cleaning services. After researching the market and analyzing customer behaviour, I identified 3 major pain points for the company's customers: the inconvenience of scheduling, getting the exact service desired, and paying for services in a convenient manner.
To address this issue, I created a system that streamlined the process for customers. I implemented a custom online booking platform that would allow customers to easily customize their desired service, choose a time slot that was available, and pay for the service in advance.
This system not only improved the customer experience, but it also increased efficiency for Hive Auto Spa by reducing the need for staff to handle bookings and payments manually. By implementing this marketing plan, Hive Auto Spa saw an increase in customer satisfaction and business growth by 60%.
