The client was finding that their class sign up percentage was at an all time low, and reached out to Zach for help. After some quick analysis, it became clear that the problem was simple: many potential students were never being spoken to.
A simple project directive was envisioned: ensure every single potential student gets spoken to.
In the end, the company went from 72% of potential students receiving a phone call, increase to 98.5% of potential students receiving a phone call. An increase of nearly 37% was achieved with the addition of a simple series of automations.
