I crafted content for ShareTribe; a SaaS Marketplace development platform that has raised over $4.4M in funding.
The series was a "How-To...Marketplace" series, where we discussed the various ways of building different types of marketplaces in numerous industries like Financial Services, Car Rentals (Turo), Fashion (FarFetched, GOAT), Venue Booking (SeatGeek, StyleSeat), Beauty Services (Fresha), and so much more: https://www.sharetribe.com/how-to-build/
Working on this project involved hopping on discovery calls to iron out what they wanted to achieve with the series. The main aim was to educate decision-makers, non-technical and technical founders, and bootstrappers on what it would take to develop a profitable marketplace.
After the conversation I went knee-deep into research, to find creative ways to add value to the reader by simply answering questions they were asking. I used Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, and a host of B2B SaaS-specific tools to find these questions to see what user-search-intent was.
For the next step, we collaborated on the style guides and content briefs to guide how I crafted optimized blog posts from detailed outlines.
The result was a 68% increase in traffic to the overall ShareTribe website, and an increase in inquiries and audience engagement because we had delivered actionable content to help businesses looking for a simple path to marketplace development.
But what probably brought me the most joy was helping founders and entrepreneurs think out of the box for ideas, developing an MVP, and wireframes
