Mobile Banking App Design for Finora Bank

Concept case study for Finora Bank, a fictional digital-first bank designed for young professionals who expect seamless, intuitive financial tools.
The challenge: Design a mobile banking app that feels trustworthy and secure while remaining modern and easy to navigate. The app needed to simplify complex financial actions (transfers, budgeting, card management) into a clean, frictionless experience.
What I delivered:
Complete mobile app UI: onboarding, dashboard, transaction history, transfers, and card management screens
A design system with reusable components, consistent spacing, and accessible color contrast
Micro-interactions and visual hierarchy that guide users through each flow naturally
My approach: I used AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for UX research, user persona development, and competitive analysis of fintech apps. All visual design and prototyping was done in Figma, with Illustrator and Photoshop for custom iconography and visual assets. The guiding principle: banking should feel effortless, not intimidating.
