Taxi service is important in getting to any destination quickly. This project is also being launched to improve taxi service and solve a number of problems. I worked on this project as a UX/UI designer. The project is planned to be launched in Tashkent (Uzbekistan). The name and branding of the project has not yet been announced as it has not yet been officially launched.

After researching the project, I started conducting interviews with users. In doing so, we divided the audience into 2: drivers and users. We had to make 2 different apps public: 2 separate apps for user and driver and private: admin panel for moderator.

There are currently 3 popular taxi apps working in local market and we have explored them in detail. I conducted an offline interviews with 13 drivers and an online interviews with 22 users to determine exactly what the problems were for drivers and users.

User interviews helped a lot. We identified 3 main problems and learned the operation of taxi services. You can see the problems below. After identifying the problems, we thought about the assumtions, tried to come up with solutions and discussed to add a few features.

How might we make this product better engagement for drivers in a sequence cancellation flow?

How might we decrease the number of cancellation flow when the driver arrives?

How might we create a feature that can help users operate it always?
