Website design & Webflow for a Berlin-based legal tech company

My collaboration with Esop-Direkt began with designing a simple multi-page website. As both sides were content with the effects of the collaboration I stayed as their in house designer and helped them expadn the websie by adding new conversion funnels and questionairress and more subpages.

Esop-direkt is a German company offering employee share agreements for start-ups. They aim to simplify share distribution for companies and provide insights into various contract options.

The primary challenge associated with the law-related page is the volume of content it needs to accommodate. All explanations and legal jargon have been systematically organized and distributed to enhance user accessibility.

The aim of the new design was to ensure clarity and approachability of the process of assigning new shares to employees for business owners. This featured schemes and explanations design, as well as new illustrations and colour scheme.

Collaborating with Esop-direkt has been a rewarding journey from the beginning. Their commitment to creating transparent and accessible share options is truly commendable. Seeing their digital platform evolve, from its inception to its impactful current state, has been truly gratifying experience for me.
