The project began with a discovery call, followed by detailed research including brand analysis, market research, and competitor research. Ren provided a comprehensive report that included insights into best posting times, post types, the customer persona, competitor information, and what was or was not working. The brand was also provided with a website audit, a hashtag library, and a social media brand kit to further optimize their online presence.
