Ren took on a project that involved enhancing and refining local business's online presence. Through conducting a thorough analysis of the brand's current social media setup and evaluating the competition, Ren was able to assist in defining and capturing the brand's unique online aesthetic.
To ensure continued success, Ren developed a comprehensive content calendar. The project began with a discovery call, followed by detailed research including brand analysis, market research, and competitor research. Ren provided a comprehensive report that included insights into best posting times, post types, the customer persona, competitor information, and what was or was not working. The brand was also provided with a website audit, a hashtag library, and a social media brand kit to further optimize their online presence.
