Ren served as the Social Media Manager at Platefit, a local fitness studio, during its inaugural year, with a primary focus on the Community Manager aspect of the role. In today's world, Social Media is often the first point of contact between customers and a new business, whether it be through discovering it for the first time or conducting research after hearing about it. Therefore, a significant emphasis was placed on creating a welcoming community where members could feel heard and valued, and truly be a part of our Platefit family.
