I developed not only the design but also the detailed content breakdown, page structure, and UX flow to ensure the planner was practical, intuitive, and aligned with the brand vision.

1. Client Collaboration – I started by discussing with the client to fully understand their goals, required sections, and style preferences.

2. Outline & Breakdown – Based on the brief, I created a rough outline and mapped out all sections of the planner.

3. Wireframe Layouts – I built all pages in a “grey” layout version, focusing purely on structure and UX flow, to confirm smooth navigation and logical organization.

4. Design, Visuals & Interactivity – Once the structure was approved, I applied the full visual design: color palette, typography, and decorative elements. I also added hyperlink navigation to make the PDF interactive and easy to use. This turned the planner into a smooth, clickable experience rather than just a static document.

5. Automated Tools – Since the client also requested automated budget and guest management, I built two Google Sheets (Wedding Budget Tracker and Guest List & RSVP Tracker) with formulas and automation to complement the planner.
