Summery Cosmedical Group is a wholesale facial care and skin improvement company. The company targets both B2C and B2B customers. By B2B customers, you have to think of beauty salons that buy skin care products. From this target group came the desire to access a portal where information such as product descriptions, treatment plans, promotional materials, etc. can be found.
I developed a Knowledge Bank for Summery on which the company can share information and documents with its business audience. Each business customer was given an account that allows them to access a protected knowledge base where all information is shared.

Connect CMS and accounting system
The customer portal is directly linked to Summery's customer and accounting system. As soon as a new customer is admitted, an account is automatically created. The customer then receives access details to the portal. With this automation, the onboarding process is a lot more streamlined. The CMS system is also linked to the website. Customers are hereby linked to mailflows for marketing purposes.
