Secure Audio Message Platform Development for Relivon

Relivon's platform allows people in the last phase of life to leave an audio message for their loved ones. In doing so, the platform gives space to pass on memories, messages and feelings that might otherwise remain unspoken.

The biggest challenge in the development of Relivon.nl was the shielding of audio messages. Whereas WordPress is by default set up as a public publishing platform, it obviously had to be set up differently here. Messages are therefore password-protected so that only recipients can access them. To keep the platform secure, a lot of customisation was applied.

The portal has a recording tool that allows recording audio messages. This customisation tool When the audio message is submitted, a unique password is automatically generated that encrypts the recording. This keeps the message protected and accessible only to the right person.

There is also an integration with Stripe's payment system, allowing users to complete payment for their audio message securely and smoothly. After ordering, both the sender and recipient will receive an e-mail containing the password to listen to the recording.
