Conducted research across the landscape of luxury and other high-end furniture retailers across the globe. Utilizing this research, we improved upon various key featured areas, from live search, Apple Pay, Pay by Bank, and the overall shopping experience. This included accommodating across major breakpoint systems, adjusting and creating design systems and managing components, validating decision-making with key stakeholders, as well as assuring designs met the standards of ongoing data and metrics.
