RH.com, also known as Restoration Hardware, is a luxury home-furnishings company geared to providing white glove concierge services and solutions for clients worldwide.
I was tasked to lead the full reimagining of their concierge systems, a system utilized across all RH galleries to manage, develop, and close projects across clients who may have one too many properties to refurnish. This included new functionality from their Salesforce integrations, handling new Google API functionality, and improving overall system communication between all related projects.
In working with the stakeholders, we created a better systematic approach to all design system-related components, with a core Figma system that hosted all commerce and internal tool assets. This enabled us to create consistency throughout our experiences.
