Client Details:
Abide is the number one Christian meditation app to sleep better and stress less. Abide has over 1,500 biblical meditations to choose from, ranging from daily meditations to bedtime stories, with millions of users utilizing their platform for their daily devotion.
Task:
I was tasked to improve their overall sign-up and sign-in experience to allow for seamless topic selection for new and current users while adhering to the overall functional requirements of new implementations. In addition, there were significant enhancements considered for the video player screen, notifications, and app sign-up experiences to improve overall conversion for visiting listeners.
Process:
With the collaboration of Abide's primary stakeholders, I outlined the overall experience changes of both new and current user experiences for the onboarding process via user flows. These user flows outlined both success and negative pathways to improve and allow seamless interaction between current sign-up and login experiences, considering single sign-on functionality and topic selection. I also overhauled the media player to include a vast assortment of functionality, including content sharing, media selection, airplay, notifications, etc.
