Project Overview: In this project, I partnered with Yellow Africa, a Yellow's purpose is to make life better for customers living in Africa. Through a digital technology platform, Yellow enables a distributed network of sales agents to serve rural households with life changing products and services. I helped them to optimize their sales processes through the effective implementation of a customized CRM system. The goal was to improve lead management, automate sales tracking, and provide actionable data insights to increase revenue growth and operational efficiency.
